HISTORY

Kubo Tech AG located in Effretikon, Zurich, was founded in 1980. With the take over of the activities of Garlock Switzerland, the company was provided from the start with an own punching factory. 1986 Kubo Tech opened a subsidiary in Austria (Kubo Tech Gesellschaft m.b.H., AT-Linz). And another three years later, Gummi Huber AG (today Kubo Form AG, CH-Effretikon) was integrated in the Group. Another milestone in the history of the group was the removal into the new building in Effretikon. 2005 the Kubo Group was acquired by three external entrepreneurs in the course of the succession settlement.
