Customer drawings can be either directly imported into the CAD designing software or newly designed. There are almost no limits to geometry and shape of the gaskets. The transformation of the drawings into cutting programmes happens directly on the cutting machine.
On a cutting table of 300 x 155 mm it is possible to cut gaskets with 50 m per minute and 220 wholes per minute. The big advantage lies in the rapid realization without preliminary fabrication of a cutting tool. Especially for custom made single pieces, small series and the production of different alternatives the cutting machine is very rapid. There are no costs for tool-making.
For one of our first orders, the data has been processed in the morning and in the afternoon the gaskets have already been cut and shipped on the same day. Thus, we can respond very quickly and flexibly to customers' wishes with a large variety of gasketing materials.
