On June 12, 2007 this year's first seminar has taken place. The subject was "Sealing in Hydraulics and Pneumatics". 16 Developing Engineers, Design Engineers and Buyers from 8 different companies have participated to the seminar lead by Ivano Boldo, Technical Manager.
The accent was put on the different sealing materials used in sealing technology and on the different types of seals and gaskets. Moreover, an overview about the applicable norms, standards and authorizations was given. The documentation provided to the participants is very useful also as a reference book at daily work.
After lunch, participants had the opportunity to visit the premises of Kubo Tech AG and Kubo Form AG and to see, for instance, how seals are cut on modern cutting machines and complex rubber parts are moulded.
This year, more seminares are planned.
It is our goal to maintain a constant dialogue with our customers - beginning with the transfer of knowledge with a seminar, through the development of a product until the successful conclusion of an order.
